I read this book when I was actually depressed and tried some of the exercises which I felt helped. I was particularly impressed with the results achieved using this book as opposed to using anti-depressants, the results of which are detailed in this book, together with the side effects of a whole range of anti-depressants - so many pages they could be separated and printed as a book!
