Did you know that our thoughts create neural pathways in our
brain and the more we think the same thoughts the bigger these pathways become? We often play a
negative “movie” that we have created over and over in our mind, it might not even have occurred (as it
might be something we are worrying about that may, or may not, happen in the future). And yet before the event
we have created a neural pathway in our mind, often much larger than movies we play of our happy, positive memories. These negative neural pathways
can take up more space than positive and happy thoughts and memories because we keep replaying them in
our mind. This is ridiculous if you consider that it might not even come true and that we are
causing ourselves stress and anxiety by allowing ourselves to have these thoughts – see Mind Body Connection to comprehend the
damage our negative thoughts cause our physical body, how they change our blood cells, cause chemical
reactions that harm us.

Unfortunately, our subconscious mind does not know the difference
between reality and our imagination, so our subconscious mind thinks these thoughts about a future event have
happened already! Taking into account the Law of Attraction (read The
Secret or watch the movie) and what we focus on we
get (most of us focus on what we don’t want rather than what we do
want), then the negative “movie” that you play over and over again in your mind will probably happen! It's
what you expected so you shouldn't be surprised! So why not change
this negative mind chatter and create a “movie” in your mind that is the outcome you want, rather than what you
don’t want.

Mind Harmony techniques will help you to create a new habit by
helping you to focus on what you want. You will therefore reduce, if
not remove, the negative neural pathways and create new much larger neural pathways with positive thoughts,
feelings and beliefs. You will only visualise (create internal movies
of future events) the outcome of your desires, what you want. We can
also help you to change some of the negative movies from your past, erasing them or even re-creating them (using

As one of our evening activities to help you change your focus
from negative to positive, we will create Treasure Maps, also known as Mind Maps. Basically you will create a picture of your goals, instead of a list – a picture paints
a thousand words. You will
benefit from looking at (focusing on) this picture several times a day creating the Law of Attraction ie
inviting these goals into your life.

This is something I did (Joanne) when I was a student learning
massage and so I attracted a life in a beautiful sunny country with clear blue skies, living near to a beach
with lots of water (river, lake and sea) and doing massage. The
