TIME LINE THERAPY

Although it's possible to apply this therapy to yourself, the technique is extremely powerful,it can change and transform your life totally, in a very short period of time and ultimately your personality.  It is,therefore, imperative that you consult with someone qualified to do this awesome therapy.

Time Line is the firstelement in the Basis of Personality which is based on an earlier model, which is one of how we communicate with ourselves and others. Developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder which is essentially a model from Cognitive Psychology, now an aspect of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).

Using Time Line Therapy changes can be made (edited, amended or deleted) to events in your past eg changing how you feel about a loss in your life that still causes you grief many years later, or is holding you back in some way. It's also possible to use Time Line Therapy to help you with future events, to enable you to be calm and confident for example when you do a presentation to your boss or work colleagues, take an exam or to help you overcome your fear of public speaking.

Nik & Eva Speakman have used this technique with great success to help their clients with issues from the past - grieving was one example which you can see on youtube, or other examples on their hugely successful TV programme A Life Coach Less Ordinary. They also use the car from the fantastic film Back To The Future which creates a great meaphor when using this incredibly powerful therapy.
